Yes, both lights were on camera right.  The two lights were held by one person.  Both softboxes (containing a speedlight each) were on monopods. 

The other person simply held a monopod in each hand, anchoring the foot of the monopod against her thigh.  And then brought the softboxes into position, so that each softbox lit a model. 

It sounds complicated, but is fairly easy in execution.
